i'm glad that you felt comfortable enough to let people know, here. i've seen a lot of people doing the superhero thing openly, and i think it's nice that you all have each other. i think it's probably really great that peter has someone who gets that part of his life. i mean, you live the spider-thing and have to deal with the responsibilities the same as he does. i've thought about that a lot.
anyway i totally don't think it's selfish or anything. it's up to you how you live your life and you're spider-woman so you get to decide what people know about her.
